I want a cottage with a stream behind it and a forest that goes for miles on and deer are seen peeking out from the branches. Tea is brewing and my garden’s flowers are blooming. I am at peace with the world and full of kindness.

here’s the thing. in order to be a good person you have to be willing to change. you cant just ignore the constant criticism of others and never address the issues you have, ESPECIALLY if it hurts other people. you can still be known as a kind person with good intentions, but that doesn’t mean your perfect.
book legolas is pretty cool but film legolas reminds me of one of those incredibly beautiful, incredibly stupid long haired pedigree dogs that you sometimes see in grooming parlours having their claws painted purple. like you could just pick him up and look into his eyes and there would be nothing going on behind them. film legolas has the elvish version of elevator music playing in his head at all times and i honestly love it
The lavender held memories, the eucalyptus remembered all the tears, and the poppies were always there to see the years crawl by.
